Erika is the Chief Operating Officer at Allshares. Prior to her current role, she was the CEO of Novare Pay Consulting since she co-founded the company in 2015.  Erika has a wide experience of advising within the field of remuneration, and before founding Novare Pay Consulting, Erika worked at Novare Executive Compensation, Aon Hewitt and McLagan in London. Erika has expertise in executive pay, share-based incentive programs and efficiency analyses of remuneration systems.
