Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce they have advised the management team of Glenholme Specialist Care Division ("Glenholme SC"), the specialist care division of Glenholme Healthcare Group Ltd (“Glenholme Healthcare Group”), on its acquisition by STAR Capital Partnership ("STAR").

STAR will become majority owners alongside the founder and CEO, Don Serratt. STAR is joined by Mel Ramsey (ex-CEO of several UK care businesses) as Chair.
Glenholme SC has an excellent track record over many years of delivering a consistently high quality of care whilst also developing and filling new services. Glenholme SC provides indispensable, long-stay, non-cyclical and asset-backed services from 22 well-invested freehold locations and is firmly embedded within the United Kingdom’s social care infrastructure.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
