Liberty advises the management team of TTC Group on its investment by Tikehau Capital

The transaction marks a new chapter for the business and fresh institutional backing for the executive team led by Dave Marsh, Chief Executive Officer, and Roy Hastings, Chief Financial Officer. PGIM Private Capital, who invested in the business in 2021, have retained a reduced ongoing investment in the group.
TTC is one of the UK’s leading people risk management specialists, delivering award-winning training and competency management solutions at scale across highly regulated core sectors including emergency services & fleet, construction, and healthcare. TTC’s proprietary skills, training and competency management software provides a platform for businesses to gain insight and assurance on the competency of their people, aligning skills, identifying gaps and driving workforce excellence.
The investment from Tikehau will allow the business to continue to invest in the latest cutting-edge technology, in addition to providing a platform for accelerated growth via future acquisitions.
We have a long-standing relationship with TTC Group, having advised the management team, then under CEO Jim Kirkwood, on their previous two transactions.
