Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce that it has advised the management team of Tigers Childcare, one of Ireland’s leading childcare operators, on its acquisition by Kids Planet Day Nurseries, a leading UK nursery group backed by Fremman Capital. 

Founded in 2003, Tigers Childcare operates a nationwide platform of early years education, preschool and after-school childcare centres across Ireland. The transaction marks a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and supports Kids Planet’s expansion into the Irish childcare market. 

Kids Planet is one of the UK’s largest childcare providers, operating a broad network of nurseries and early years settings across the UK. The acquisition of Tigers Childcare represents a strategic step in extending its international footprint and strengthening its position within the broader European childcare sector.
