Nourish, a leading provider of software for the UK social and community care sector, announced a strategic growth investment from Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses.
Founder, Nuno Almeida will continue to lead Nourish as CEO and remains a significant shareholder. Livingbridge, which has backed the company since 2022, will retain a minority stake.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Bournemouth, UK, Nourish’s mission is to deliver ‘Better Care for Everyone’, by helping care teams plan, record, and coordinate care, with the person receiving support at the centre.
Nourish provides a full suite of products to assist in delivering this care with a commitment to continuous product innovation. This approach has helped it win the trust of many of the country's leading care providers, including residential care and home care.
Hg’s investment will help Nourish continue investing in its product and developing new solutions that improve the customer experience, make carers’ lives easier, and keep human relationships at the heart of high-quality care.
For the care providers Nourish supports today, nothing about the service they rely on will change. Customer contracts and day-to-day experience remain the same. The same team will continue to support customers, and data will continue to be handled with the same care and security.
