Founded in 1988 and headquartered in the UK, IBA operates across two core divisions: data and analytics, and technical advisory services. Its independent intelligence products support decision-making across aircraft valuations, fleet planning, lease management, financing and regulatory compliance.
BD Capital will work alongside IBA's experienced management team, bringing significant institutional capability to support the next phase of growth across IBA's data and advisory platform.
