Liberty advises the management team of Graphwise on its investment from Oakley Capital
Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce it has advised the management team of Graphwise on its sale to Oakley Capital from an Integral Capital Group-led consortium including, Portfolion Capital Partners, Carpathian Partners and EBRD.
Liberty helped Graphwise management negotiate and finalize agreements with Oakley within record time – only about four weeks! They also helped us appoint legal and tax advisers and orchestrated the process with other sell-side advisers. Despite the short time, Dan and the team were able to elaborate with the team some concepts and mechanisms in the term sheet that we were not used to.

Graphwise is a pioneer in knowledge graph and semantic data technologies, which are key enablers of enterprise AI. The transaction represents one of the largest software exits in Bulgarian history.
