Senior Analyst, Management Advisory

You’ll be working with the Partners on;
- Management Advisory Roles (100%)– Advising management teams on their commercial terms when working with Private Equity Houses, typically in Secondary buy-outs – Deal size £50m to £4bn+
- Workstreams: Pitch preparation, Modelling Private Equity structures, review and comparison of Private Equity House terms, Exit modelling, comparison and evaluation of commercial terms received from, Private Equity Houses
Key Responsibilities
- Deal support to the team leader
- Financial/Exit modelling
- Assisting in pitching for business development
- Contact/liaison point for CEO/CFO, Lawyers, Banks and Private Equity houses
