Liberty advises the management team of Totalmobile on its acquisition by Five Arrows and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG
Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce they have advised the management team of Totalmobile a leading end-to-end field services management software provider on its acquisition by Five Arrows and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG “DBAG”. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, and marks an exit for Bowmark who purchased Totalmobile in 2020.

Totalmobile is headquartered in Belfast and employs more than 400 staff, with over 900 customers and 500,000 mobile-workforce users across the public services (government, local authorities, health, social care and emergency services), housing, facilities management, transport and infrastructure sectors.
Totalmobile’s cloud product suite is used to increase field-based workforce capacity, deliver operational cost savings, enhance compliance assurance and improve end-customer service quality. Totalmobile has delivered strong growth over the past few years reaching £58m in FY24 and continuing through FY25, demonstrating an ongoing demand for Totalmobile’s software solutions.
Five Arrows and DBAG look to further strengthen Totalmobile’s growth through strategic acquisitions and international expansion, leveraging off of the strong technology and vertical integration in place alongside long-standing customer relationships. Totalmobile has built strong momentum in recent years, launching its first-of-a-kind Field First platform – designed exclusively for global field service teams – expanding its international footprint in the Nordics and Australasia, and strengthening its positioning in the Fire and Rescue rostering arena with the acquisition of Gartan Technologies.
It has been great to work alongside Phil and the rest of the management team of Totalmobile to achieve a great outcome for the business.
